Can I collect my order at the shop?

Yes. Collection at the Bunique shop in Amares is free. Wait for confirmation that your order is ready before visiting.

How much is shipping to mainland Portugal?

Standard Shipping costs €4.50 for orders below €100 and is free for orders of €100 or more. Express CTT Shipping costs €7.50 for orders below €100 and €4.50 for orders of €100 or more.

Does free shipping also apply to Express delivery?

No. From €100, Standard Shipping is free, but Express CTT Shipping costs €4.50.

How is the €100 threshold calculated?

The value of the items after discounts is used. Shipping charges do not count towards the threshold.

When is my order dispatched?

Bunique prepares and hands your order to CTT on the business day following order confirmation.

Is Express Shipping delivered within 24 hours?

Express delivery is estimated for the business day following dispatch, subject to availability, geographical coverage and CTT's operational service. This is an estimate and does not guarantee delivery within 24 hours.

How can I track my order?

After dispatch, the tracking code associated with the shipment will be provided, where applicable.

Do you deliver to the Azores and Madeira?

The rates shown apply only to mainland Portugal. These rates and free shipping do not apply to the Azores or Madeira until confirmed prices are available.
