Bunique is the trading name of DESFILE AVELUDADO LDA, Portuguese tax/company number NIF/NIPC 513634460, with its registered office at Rua do Mercado Municipal 37, 4720-086 Ferreiros, Braga, Portugal. Email: buniqueamares@gmail.com.

This policy applies to online purchases made by consumers at Bunique. For questions about returns or exercising the right of withdrawal, contact buniqueamares@gmail.com.

Right of withdrawal: 14 calendar days

You may withdraw from the online purchase contract, without giving a reason, within the statutory period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the order by you or by a third party you designate, other than the carrier. If items from the same order are delivered separately, the period starts upon receipt of the last item.

How to communicate your decision

Send an unequivocal statement of your decision to buniqueamares@gmail.com, before the deadline expires. To help us identify the purchase, include:

Your name;
The order number;
The items to be returned;
Your unequivocal intention to withdraw from the contract.

You may use the model form at the end of this page, but it is not mandatory. It is sufficient to send your decision before the withdrawal period expires. Keep a copy of your communication and proof of return.

Returning the items and associated costs

After communicating your decision, you must return the items without undue delay and no later than 14 days after that communication. The deadline is met if you dispatch the items before that period expires.

For returns due solely to a change of mind, the customer bears the return shipping cost.

Inspection and condition of items

You may inspect and try the item as you would in a physical shop to assess its nature, characteristics and functioning. Original packaging, intact labels or the item never having been tried on are not absolute conditions for exercising this right.

However, you may be responsible for a reduction in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary for that assessment. Protect the items during return shipping to avoid damage in transit.

Refund

In the event of withdrawal, Bunique refunds the amounts paid, including the cost of the Standard delivery method originally selected and actually paid. If you selected a more expensive method, such as Express CTT Shipping, the additional cost compared with Standard is not refunded.

The refund is made without undue delay and no later than 14 days after Bunique is informed of your withdrawal decision. The same payment method used for the purchase is used, unless expressly agreed otherwise, at no cost to the consumer.

Bunique may withhold the refund until receiving the returned items or proof that they have been sent back, whichever occurs first, in accordance with the law.

Incorrect, damaged or non-conforming items

If you receive an incorrect, damaged or non-conforming item, contact buniqueamares@gmail.com, identifying the order and the issue. These cases are handled under the consumer's legal rights, without undue costs, and are distinct from returns due solely to a change of mind.

Commercial exchanges

A commercial exchange differs from exercising the right of withdrawal and rights relating to non-conformity. To enquire about the possibility and conditions of a commercial exchange, contact Bunique by email. This policy does not promise free exchanges or any additional commercial terms. The consumer's legal rights remain unaffected.
